Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Growth Manager with a technical focus to enhance our cross-sell initiatives and optimize customer pathways within a dynamic FinTech environment. The ideal candidate will translate journey insights into actionable cross-sell opportunities, define technical requirements for personalization, and work closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale growth levers. Your efforts will aim to increase cross-sell conversion rates, optimize customer pathways, and improve funnel metrics through data-driven experimentation and personalized in-product experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate journey insights into targeted cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Product and GTM teams.
• Define technical requirements for personalization initiatives and experiments.
• Develop and refine in-product pathways that move customers towards higher-value actions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams to implement solutions.
• Design, run, and analyze A / B tests to iterate and improve growth strategies.
