Event Coordinator and Marketing Assistant
Duties and Responsibilties :
Schedule and coordinate events, including follow-up communication and logistics.
Utilize social media platforms to promote events, manage newsletters, and update the website.
Assist in marketing efforts by creating content, managing marketing tools, and implementing SEO strategies.
Handle administrative tasks such as sending out automated emails, setting up meetings, and managing online ticketing systems.
Ensure all paperwork is prepared and organized for events, including cost analysis and contacting vendors.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.
Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in utilizing them for event promotion and marketing purposes.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for event planning and marketing activities.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with SEO strategies and website management
