Office Associate
Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital is searching for a dedicated Office Associate to be a part of our amazing team! This position will serve as the administrative support for the Quality and Performance Improvement department. The successful candidate will complete administrative tasks for the Director of Quality Improvement, which includes maintaining and circulating policies for the hospital policy manual. Maintains archives of hospital policies, transcribes high risk data from source documents into summary documents, forms, tables, charts, and graphs. Maintain accurate files of incident reports, seclusion and restraint reports and other high-risk documents. This individual will answer calls and routine inquiries, draft, and type documents, filing and type minutes for meetings and other related documentation. Maintains confidentiality of patient information per policy. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position.
This is a tobacco free facility. Chosen applicants must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug and alcohol screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable cause as set forth in Department policies. Candidate must successfully pass a background screening.
