About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have :

• Must have New York license in hand.
• Must be available for holiday coverage.
• Specialty : CICU.
• Weekend requirements : Every other weekend.
• Must reside over a 75-mile radius from the facility.
• First-time travelers accepted.

Description :

Position involves caring for patients in a 16-bed unit.

Patient diagnoses include sepsis, ARDS, renal failure, heart failure, and other critical conditions.

The nurse to patient ratio is typically 1 : 2, with occasional 1 : 1 based on acuity.

The facility provides interdisciplinary support, including physical therapy and respiratory services.

Nurses will be involved in the management of patients on ECMO, CRRT, and IABP.

Skills required include arterial line management, central line management, and ventilator management.

Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.

Candidates may float to other areas as needed.
