Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time hourly Member Associate III to work in-person out of our Poulsbo location. This position is responsible for assisting members with financial transactions and new accounts as well as offering and demonstrating all-digital, remote, and self-serve options.

Reports to : Branch Manager

Employment Type : Full-time, hourly, non-exempt, in-person

Salary Range : $23.77 - $28 an hour depending on experience

Bonus Target : 5% potential incentive of base pay

Working Hours : Monday - Thursday 9am - 5, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist members with their financial needs and transactions. Identify, develop, and refer business relationships to build market position.
• Educate and introduce current and new members to new products and services and assist in self-service options.
• Foster and maintain constructive member relationships.
• Review and maintain knowledge of products.
• Understand and recommend products and services based on the member's needs.
• Participate in sales and community events to contribute to branch and credit union goals.
• Use effective sales techniques that result in a positive member experience and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge and adhere to operational, regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
• Accepts and processes all financial transactions accurately.
• Maintains responsibility and follows proper balancing procedures.
• Promote and effectively demonstrate digital, remote and self-serve options, with continual education as new products and digital services are introduced.
