As a Sales Engineer , you’ll combine technical know-how with relationship building - partnering closely with customers and our engineering team to design automation systems that truly make a difference. We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, values craftsmanship, and wants to build something meaningful alongside a talented team.
What You’ll Do
Develop strong customer relationships by asking the right questions and uncovering what really matters to their operations.
Collaborate with our engineering team to concept custom automation systems that deliver measurable ROI and uphold our high standards.
Communicate clearly and honestly through every stage of the process—from first conversation to post-installation follow-up.
Use your technical foundation to advise customers, build confidence, and earn repeat business through integrity and responsiveness.
Track industry trends and bring new ideas to both the team and our customers.
On-site visits are key to understanding customer operations and earning trust. Travel is part of the job.
