Position Purpose The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the bank's IT infrastructure operations, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating with various departments, and implementing best practices to support the bank's strategic objectives.

Position Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management :
• Oversee the daily operations of the bank's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Team Leadership :
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Project Management :
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Manage project risks and issues effectively.
• Security & Compliance :
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the bank's data and IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including PCI-DSS, GDPR, and others.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
