Vice President, Enterprise It

The Vice President (VP) will lead a business line delivering Enterprise IT solutions to the IC federal government clients. This executive will be responsible for strategic growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance across a diverse portfolio of programs. The VP will drive innovation, ensure mission success, and foster a high-performance culture across a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with corporate goals and government priorities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities IT modernization.
• Ensure efficient delivery of services across enterprise IT systems.
• Oversee program performance, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with federal agencies, contracting officers, and industry partners.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and programs.
• Manage a $255M P&L, ensuring profitability, forecasting accuracy, and financial compliance.
• Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.
• Lead a diverse workforce of ~1,000 employees, fostering engagement, development, and retention.
• Champion a culture of safety, ethics, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, cybersecurity mandates, and other regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate risks through proactive governance and internal controls.
