Vice President of Launch Services

A company is looking for a VP of Launch Services, responsible for overseeing the launch function and ensuring successful delivery of websites and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Define structure, standards, tools, and processes for digital deliveries

Lead the end-to-end launch function including project planning, development, QA, and go-live execution

Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, and launch operations in digital marketing agencies

8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in cross-functional environments

Proven success in building and scaling launch functions with expertise in campaign workflows

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (preferred)

Proficient in project planning and collaboration tools, as well as CRM platforms
