Location Pittsburgh PA - Combination of onsite Dormont PA, and local site visits as needed.

Type A long-term ongoing contract with the opportunity to hire when selected.

Tier One IT Analyst Technician

Enthusiastic and motivated IT analyst / Technician to provide an internal system and deskside support to employees and contractors. This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and customer service skills, a positive and extroverted personality, a passion for technology and helping people, and a drive to learn continuously. Willing to train the right candidate who does not have formal IT experience but wishes to make a change.

Basic Function / Responsibilities :

• Handle Tier 1 escalations through tickets.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely updates and resolution.
• Provide internal system and deskside support of Windows PCs, Apple iPad and iPhone devices, thin clients, printers, desk and mobile phones, and other technology used in a typical office.
• Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process.
• Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Other duties may be added and / or assigned as needed.
