Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Director to lead the next evolution of a respected luxury brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to market to HNW / UHNW individuals, craft elevated brand narratives, and execute premium events and campaigns that resonate with a selective audience.
You will refine and scale an already strong brand foundation—enhancing positioning, elevating every touchpoint, and expanding reach across high-value communities. This is a highly visible, high-impact role that reports directly to the CEO and requires daily on-site presence in Miami.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
- Own brand narrative, positioning, and annual / quarterly marketing plans.
- Ensure brand standards across all channels, materials, and customer touchpoints.
- Maintain a luxury-grade visual and messaging identity tailored to HNW / UHNW audiences.
Events & Experiential Marketing
Lead a curated calendar of private, high-touch luxury events (exclusive previews, VIP salons, partner activations, etc.).Oversee full production : concept, budgeting, vendor selection, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.Create high-end experiences that feel effortless, discreet, and meaningful to affluent guests and their advisors.Capture and repurpose content for social, PR, and sales initiatives.PR & Communications
Develop compelling story angles aligned with exclusivity, scarcity, and brand heritage.Manage media relationships across luxury lifestyle, automotive, real estate, hospitality, wealth management, and UHNW-focused publications.Prepare press kits, bios, fact sheets, and messaging; manage all inbound media opportunities.Social Media & Content
Lead strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and video / short-form channels.Maintain a premium content pipeline (member stories handled discreetly, event coverage, behind-the-scenes, partnerships).Oversee community management and VIP engagement with on-brand responsiveness.Track metrics, test formats, and optimize for reach, engagement, and qualified inquiries.Digital & Growth Marketing
Oversee website messaging, UX, and conversion pathways focused on trust, exclusivity, and privacy.Manage paid (search / social) and owned (email / SMS) programs.Coordinate lead capture, nurturing, and follow-up with sales.Oversee SEO / SEM fundamentals and manage creative agencies when needed.Partnerships & Community Development
Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities with luxury brands, private clubs, automotive groups, art / wine organizations, and UHNW networks.Co-create premium activations and cross-promotions to attract qualified prospects.Leadership & Operations
Lead external vendors, freelancers, and future team members.Own marketing budget; implement dashboards for events, PR, digital, and pipeline performance.Refine messaging and visuals across decks, collateral, signage, and digital assets.Who You Are
A hands-on, highly polished marketing leader with strong taste, precision, and an understanding of luxury audiences.Comfortable interacting with HNW / UHNW clients—intuitive around privacy, service etiquette, and luxury standards.A hybrid of brand strategist, content creator, and data-aware operator who can lead, plan, and execute.Requirements
6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or growth roles (luxury, hospitality, automotive, real estate, private clubs, lifestyle, or UHNW-focused sectors preferred).Proven ability to market to HNW / UHNW individuals .Strong experience planning and executing premium events.Demonstrated PR experience : pitching stories, securing coverage, and managing press moments.Deep social media ownership (content, production, calendars, analytics).Experience across brand strategy, content, digital marketing, partnerships, and events.Ability to work daily on-site in Miami and collaborate closely with the CEO.Nice to Have
Strong network within luxury, automotive, private clubs, or UHNW communities.Experience with CRM / marketing platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.Knowledge of marketing automation, analytics tools, and creative platforms.Base Salary : $100,000 per yearPerformance Bonus : up to 15% tied to events, leads, occupancy, and PR outcomesHealth & Dental Insurance : 100% employer-paid premiumsPTO : 3 weeks per year + holidaysSeniority level
