Job Description

My client is seeking a Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly with Multi-Family projects in Baltimore, MD :

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities and ensure adherence to plans, safety standards, and timelines
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and internal field teams on a fast-paced, MEP-intensive site
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client stakeholders
• Maintain daily reports, schedule updates, and field logs
• Support quality control, inspections, and commissioning processes
• Serve as the on-site leader and point of contact for all construction operations
