Lead Superintendent - Commercial Medical Facility Renovation

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join our team, focusing on small commercial medical facility renovation projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee projects from conception to completion, primarily within the Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia area.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage small commercial medical facility renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve any concerns.

Work Environment :

This position requires full-time on-site presence, working closely with a dedicated team in the field. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for our clients. The individual will be based primarily in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia, with occasional projects in Maryland.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Purcellville, VA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
