We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Platform Configuration Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for managing game and platform configuration using proprietary tools, ensuring live schedules and operational calendars are up to date, and coordinating with Live Operations and QA teams to ensure correct configurations reach production. The Platform Configuration Associate will also play an active role in identifying and spotlighting process improvements that make our operations more reliable and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Configuration Management – Modify and maintain live configuration settings through internal proprietary tools.
• Scheduling & Calendars – Ensure all event schedules, operational timelines, and content calendars are accurately tracked and maintained.
• Cross-Team Coordination – Partner closely with Live Operations and QA teams to validate that all configuration changes are properly tested, approved, and deployed to production.
• Release Assurance – Monitor configuration rollouts and flag discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Process Improvement – Identify recurring pain points and inefficiencies in configuration and release processes and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation – Keep clear records of configuration changes, operational checklists, and QA sign-offs to ensure traceability.
• Support Live Ops – Assist in day-to-day operational needs, including urgent configuration fixes and special event deployments.
