Mission Recruiting is proudly assisting a San Diego -based boutique real estate law firm seeking a skilled litigation attorney to join its growing landlord services team. This fully remote role offers the autonomy to manage your own caseload while contributing to a collaborative legal environment focused on landlord-side unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant litigation.

In this position, you'll handle eviction matters from intake through resolution, including court appearances, motion practice, negotiations, and client consultations. The role is ideal for a litigator confident in their ability to independently manage cases and effectively represent property owners in high-stakes disputes.

Highlights :

• Fully remote role (Southern California-based candidates only)
• $150,000–$200,000+ base salary + bonuses
• 120–130 billable hours / month (1440 – 1560 annually)
• Quarterly performance and origination bonuses
• $400 / month health stipend + $380 remote setup stipend
• Paid bar dues, CLEs, and professional memberships
