Schedule : Monday - Friday 730 am - 400 pm

Call schedule : to be provided

Board Certified - REQUIRED

Active OH License - REQUIRED

BLS - REQUIRED

Rates :

$1600 24 hr call with 8 hrs Gratis

$250 Regular rate

$300 Overtime Rate
