Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Otolaryngology MD in New Jersey!

About The Position

  • Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with Vision 2030 strategic goals
  • Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department
  • Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques
  • Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland Clinic
  • Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
  • Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University
  • Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities
  • Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development
  • Enjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one
  • Participate in a shared call schedule (1 : 4) supported by APPs and hospitalist team

Job Requirements

  • Currently Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology – REQUIRED
  • Active and unrestricted state NJ medical license (or willing to obtain before start) -  REQUIRED
  • Valid BLS (or willing to obtain before start)   REQUIRED
  • Valid ACLS (or willing to obtain before start)   REQUIRED
  • DEA (or willing to obtain before start) -  REQUIRED
  • CSR / CDS certifications (or willing to obtain before start) -  REQUIRED
  • Malpractice history disclosure -  REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR
  • Documentation of malpractice history (history accepted with limitations) -  REQUIRED
  • Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination compliance (per employer screening) - REQUIRED
