LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Otolaryngology MD in New Jersey!

About The Position

Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with Vision 2030 strategic goals
Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department
Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques
Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland Clinic
Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University
Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities
Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development
Enjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one
Participate in a shared call schedule (1 : 4) supported by APPs and hospitalist team

Job Requirements

Currently Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology – REQUIRED

Active and unrestricted state NJ medical license (or willing to obtain before start) - REQUIRED

Valid BLS (or willing to obtain before start) REQUIRED

Valid ACLS (or willing to obtain before start) REQUIRED

DEA (or willing to obtain before start) - REQUIRED

CSR / CDS certifications (or willing to obtain before start) - REQUIRED

Malpractice history disclosure - REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR

Documentation of malpractice history (history accepted with limitations) - REQUIRED

Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination compliance (per employer screening) - REQUIRED
