A company is looking for an ATM Help Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to ATM Field Service Technicians and ensure high availability of ATMs
Deliver technical phone support and manage processes to achieve first-time resolution of ATM issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software, service, and network issues related to ATMs
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Technology, or relevant technical certification
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Experience in diagnosing ATM issues and providing effective resolutions
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors
