Role Description

Registered patent agent or experienced technical specialist with a minimum of two years of law firm or industry experience and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. Candidate will have experience with drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing IP due diligence for opinions, including patentability, freedom to operate analyses, invalidity and infringement, and assisting with client counseling,

Excellent academic background and excellent client communications skills are required.

Qualifications :

2 or more years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.

Advanced degree (Ph.D. degree preferred.)

Organic Chemistry background

Patent agents must be registered USPTO
