Pay Rate : $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSat05 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PMSun05 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, including sensitive areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
  • Monitor access points and control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, in accordance with site policies for an aerospace and defense environment.
  • Remain alert to potential security-related threats or unusual activities and report findings promptly to the appropriate authorities.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential incidents and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
  • Operate and maintain assigned security-related equipment, including firearms, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid concealed carry weapons permit is required.
  • An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
