We're growing rapidly and looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for Lead 'Residential HVAC Installers'. Must have experience, be clean cut and well spoken, have clean driving record, pass criminal background check. Must also own reliable transportation ( work Vehicle provided) and own HVAC related trade hand tools.

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for furnace and A / C installs, change-outs as well as 'cut in' type installs and Ductless Minisplits. Must have advanced understanding of Heating and Air conditioning theory as well as air distribution theory and be able to complete most types of residential install unsupervised.

Ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of residential experience and have a positive,'Can-Do'attitude and want to learn and grow.
