Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients through via phone. Educate clients about our services and the benefits of working with our partnered firms. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the referral process. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively address client needs. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Familiarity with personal injury law is a plus but not required. A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Compensation This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential based on performance. 200 per closed lead.
