As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with visitors, patients, and staff. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate within a healthcare environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the wellbeing of staff, patients, and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and support a secure location. Document incidents and maintain detailed logs according to site requirements and Allied Universal guidelines. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and directing visitors as needed. Remain alert to changes in the environment that could impact security-related operations and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements : Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
