Head Of Agency
This role is for the Head of Agency, Google Customer Solutions, located in San Francisco, CA, USA or Los Angeles, CA, USA. The position may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. This role requires experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of experience in advertising sales, sales enablement, or partnerships, experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context, and experience managing or coaching a sales, partnerships, or similar team with external-facing customers. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree, experience promoting or consulting on digital advertising solutions, including Google Ads, YouTube, or other performance and video advertising solutions, and experience with advertising agency business models, either as an agency professional or third-party partner. As the Head of Agency, you will be responsible for empowering your team to strengthen long-term relationships with our key Premier Partner agencies. You will lead and manage Google's agency team to provide the highest level of service to these partners. You'll work with your team to develop Google solutions that support agencies in driving business growth through existing customers. A key focus will be improving the agencies' go-to-market capabilities through education, agreements, and value-added programs. This role requires you to work effectively with stakeholders and develop strategies focused on driving impact at scale. You must be an effective leader who embodies Google's values, prioritizes team development, and fosters a culture of collaboration and ideation. You'll need a solid understanding of Google's ecosystem and advertising solutions as you collaborate with cross-functional partners. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities include recruiting, retaining, and developing a team of Agency Managers, owning and strengthening executive-level agency relationships, building direction, focus, and accountability for sustained business planning and growth, driving cross-functional collaboration across key Partner teams globally to solve business issues, and defining the future of business management and helping develop the necessary infrastructure and processes.
