Community Manager

CLASSIFICATION : Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible

COMPENSATION : $60,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus the ability to earn performance bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY : The Community Manager is the top site-level position at Redstone Residential and is responsible for all aspects of property operation. The Community Manager reports to Regional Manager, who operates out of the corporate office. The Community Manager strives to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property. This property is a brand new 65 Unit Student Housing Community in Downtown Salt Lake!
