A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop multiple medium / large customer accounts, fostering trusted relationships and preparing success plans
Ensure customer success by gathering feedback, educating on product functionalities, and addressing issues proactively
Act as the primary contact between customers and internal teams, coordinating communication and managing customer support cases
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or related field; relevant work experience may substitute
Minimum 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
Proven ability to maintain strong customer relationships and drive software adoption
Demonstrated operational excellence in process development and improvement
Ability to collaborate across organizations and adapt to evolving business priorities
