Key Responsibilities
Respond to 70-90 phone calls per day, delivering exceptional customer service
Address customer emails promptly and professionally, resolving inquiries and concerns
Assist other departments with policy procedures and adjustments, while helping customers understand coverage and claims
Required Qualifications
Strong mental and emotional resilience to handle challenging customer interactions
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting
Basic level of technical proficiency with multiple software systems
Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
