Responsibilities :

🦺 Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

🗣️ Communicate effectively and contribute to a team-focused environment

📄 Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color)

✂️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers)

🔧 Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication

🪟 Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and / or frame

🛠️ Install and attach hardware

👀 Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance

📦 Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment

💡 Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities

🧼 Maintain a clean and organized work area

📋 Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

📘 Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and production orders

➕ Basic math skills : addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals

📏 Ability to read a tape measure to 1 / 16 inch accuracy

💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and sustain physical activity throughout the shift

🚶 Capability to stand and move while performing repetitive tasks

🤝 A collaborative, team-driven attitude with strong attendance and reliability

🎯 Commitment to quality, precision, and safety standards

🧠 Problem-solving mindset and a drive to meet production goals

🛠️ Previous experience in a team assembly environment is a plus

🧍 Customer-focused mentality and a desire to exceed expectations
