We are seeking a Medical Liaison to oversee patient care in collaboration with our medical providers and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating provider schedules, assisting in virtual consultations for Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and facilitating communication with labs.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers in order to appropriately coordinate patient care.
  • Manage medical provider schedules to maximize patient availability.
  • Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Assist providers during virtual consultations related to Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
  • Lead communication with labs and provide patients with instructions given by their providers.
  • Manage patient experience with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans to reach optimal health.
  • Manage electronic health records for patients.
  • Facilitate prescription refills and address patient queries related to medications.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain communication with patients as needed.
  • Proficiently use telemedicine platforms to conduct virtual appointments and communication.
  • Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and other essential information accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

  • Must have one of the following certifications : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • Associate's level degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant and recent experience working as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse
  • Committed to patient care
  • Team player mindset with the ability to work well with other dedicated employees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual patient interactions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in-person at uptown Charlotte, NC headquarters five days a week
  • Additional certifications are a plus, but not required
