Responsibilities include coordinating provider schedules, assisting in virtual consultations for Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and facilitating communication with labs.

Responsibilities :
- Manage patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers in order to appropriately coordinate patient care.
- Manage medical provider schedules to maximize patient availability.
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Assist providers during virtual consultations related to Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
- Lead communication with labs and provide patients with instructions given by their providers.
- Manage patient experience with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans to reach optimal health.
- Manage electronic health records for patients.
- Facilitate prescription refills and address patient queries related to medications.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain communication with patients as needed.
- Proficiently use telemedicine platforms to conduct virtual appointments and communication.
- Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and other essential information accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Must have one of the following certifications : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Associate's level degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant and recent experience working as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse
- Committed to patient care
- Team player mindset with the ability to work well with other dedicated employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual patient interactions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in-person at uptown Charlotte, NC headquarters five days a week
- Additional certifications are a plus, but not required
