Job description :
The Manufacturing Network Project Leader will manage and execute strategic, large-scale supply chain transition projects across global and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership, structured project management, and the ability to support organizations through complex operational and structural changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and complex Supply Chain transition projects from scoping through execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope, targets, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, resources, and milestones .
- Ensure completion of all stage deliverables and prepare materials for stage gate decision meetings .
- Own and manage project costs, timelines, quality standards, resources , and ensure compliance with COMPANY policies .
- Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) to proactively escalate risks and prevent delays.
- Act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional project-related challenges.
- Continuously improve and refine project management methodologies , tools, processes, and training.
- Provide structured support to leaders and teams during organizational transitions , both operational and cultural.
- Administer and maintain project reporting systems, governance documents, and accurate project records .
- Ensure adherence to and enhancement of all relevant processes, systems, standards, and tools .
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in strategic project leadership within large corporate environments or similar transformation roles.Strong sense of ownership with delivery-focused execution .Ability to think strategically while also managing granular project details (dependencies, RAID logs, stage gates).Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to align projects to financial goals and value realization.Excellent interpersonal communication skills across leadership, transformation teams, and functional departments.Proven Change Management experience—capable of guiding teams through transitions and adapting to evolving environments.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify gaps and deliver solution-oriented insights .Education & Certifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business , or a related field.PMP, Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC / Black Belt), Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office , Power BI (PBI) , and SAP .Benefits :
