ELEETE Real Estate is looking for a highly organized, service-oriented Office Manager to support our Portland and Lake Oswego offices. If you love creating order, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Founded in 2007, ELEETE is a locally owned brokerage built on the promise of Providing Expertise and Delivering Excellence. We’re known for our warm culture, polished professionalism, and consistent commitment to supporting our agents and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep both offices running smoothly — organized, stocked, and ready for business
  • Manage phones, mail, deliveries, and office access
  • Coordinate vendors, facilities, maintenance, and service appointments
  • Support agents with administrative needs, forms, and office systems
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and access to company platforms
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues and coordinate with IT when needed
  • Maintain office calendars and set up rooms for meetings and trainings
  • Split your week between our Portland and Lake Oswego offices

    • What You Bring

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative operations experience
  • Experience in real estate or professional services is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.)
