We are seeking a Senior Program Quality Lead to join the Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) team primarily supporting Sentinel Radar programs at our Fullerton, CA location. As the primary quality interface for customers, you'll ensure the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements. This includes coordinating with functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and supporting contracts through all phases of the program lifecycle including bid & proposal, design & development, manufacturing & test, and sell-off & sustainment. You'll develop and monitor quality metrics to drive proactive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with the IPTs. The ideal candidate is an experienced Quality professional who can join a high performing team to support a portfolio of currently executing contracts.

This is an on-site position in Fullerton, CA.

What You Will Do

• Engage on both strategic and tactical levels, focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance.
• Develop partnerships with senior leaders, IPTs, customers, and quality support functions to define the necessary steps to implement proactive quality strategies.
• Generate BOEs (Basis of Estimates) and support the EAC (Estimate at Complete) as the quality lead.
• Lead CORE (Customer Oriented Result and Excellence) and CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Monitor / lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and FRACAS activities for systemic issues and to ensure extensive RCCA.
• Support issue resolutions and solutions to production.
• Support implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning in accordance with AS9145, as applicable.
• This position requires some domestic travel

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 137,000 USD - 275,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
