We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in executive recruitment, global hiring practices, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers to meet hiring objectives and align with organizational goals.
  • Provide expertise in recruiting for a range of corporate, technical, and executive roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, diversity initiatives, and innovative sourcing tools to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Mentor and guide other recruiters, sharing best practices in candidate engagement and advanced interview techniques.
  • Manage global recruitment efforts, including immigration and visa processes, to support international hiring needs efficiently.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and recruiting events to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with pipeline organizations and universities to strengthen the talent network.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations to leadership for optimizing talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recruitment support and resources for various departments.
  • Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven expertise in recruiting for corporate, technical, and executive roles.
  • Strong knowledge of global recruitment practices, including immigration and visa processes.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills to support team development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to foster positive candidate experiences.
  • Adept at leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making in talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives and their application in recruitment.
  • Ability to represent the organization effectively at external events and build brand awareness.
