Principal Product Manager (Chicago-based)

As our next Principal Product Manager, you'll shape the future of loyalty experiences that delight customers, drive partner growth, and scale our loyalty platform business globally.

• Lead competitive-landscape and market analyses to identify new loyalty growth opportunities.
• Define product strategy and success metrics using quantitative methods and data-driven insights.
• Analyze user requirements and inform roadmap decisions.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought / required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.

The annual salary range for the Chicago-metro area is $147,000 - $220,000.
