Specific Duties

  • Grade a soft copy of projects including comments
  • Grade a soft copy of hands-on labs (HOPs), including comments
  • Grade a soft copy of assignments including comments
  • Follow a very detailed solution key and a rubric prepared in advance by the professor
  • Record grades using a shared spreadsheet

Minimum Qualifications

Passing CMPS 218 with a minimum grade of A-.

Must be a current University of La Verne student Preferred Qualifications Knowledge, skills and experience gained in CMPS 218 and 319 such as :

  • Understanding the concepts and building blocks of Web pages with HTML 5 and CSS 3.
  • Knowing how to design, write and test static websites including mobile websites.
  • The ability to code static websites in HTML and CSS by hand.
  • The ability to build a complete static website using development life cycle, the modern design principles, web design best practices and tools such as Web Developer, Toolbar for Mozilla Firefox / Chrome, Notepad++, WinSCP, HTML and CSS Validators
  • The ability to create and publish websites
