Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in patient recruitment for clinical studies, working closely with coordinators to meet enrollment goals while ensuring adherence to study protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential study participants through inbound calls, outbound outreach, and text messaging platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings using protocol-specific criteria to determine eligibility.
• Collaborate with coordinators to align recruitment efforts and confirm participant qualifications.
• Schedule screening visits and follow up with reminder calls.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data using internal databases and tracking tools.
• Adhere to recruitment policies and procedures for participant tracking.
• Support recruitment campaigns by implementing strategies and setting action plans.
• Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential participants, even outside of active recruitment periods.
• Attend study-related meetings as required.
• Review and understand assigned study protocols thoroughly.
• Escalate significant findings or trends to the Recruitment Manager.
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office setting alongside a collaborative team of doctors, clinical research coordinators (CRCs), and a site director. As part of a national organization with multiple divisions, this role offers opportunities for professional growth within the Phoenix location. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
