Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday Only (Weekends required)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Perform massage and body treatments while always maintaining the client’s comfort.
• Ensure individualized guest service by acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations
• Maintain an ample supply in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area
• Always maintain a clean and neat work environment, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order
• Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation such as product knowledge and retail sales
• Ensure awareness of current trends in body treatments
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation and any other combination of education, and training experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• High School Diploma/GED
• 2-3 years of recent massage therapist experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Excellent time management skills
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
• Demonstrates a positive, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude
• Must maintain all current licenses and certifications that are required on a state or local level.
• Weekend availability is required
