Program Manager

Our client, a globally leading consumer device company based in Austin, TX, is looking for a skilled Program Manager to join their team! Responsibilities :

• You will work on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities
• Support security-focused and software engineering projects
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
• Deliver tasks with minimal outside direction or supervision
• Raise key issues and options for resolution
• Present to stakeholders and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations
• Overcome setbacks—changing methods, priorities, and plans to stay on track Requirements :
• 3-5+ years as a Project or Program Manager managing complex, multi-functional projects
• Strong background in cybersecurity principles, risk management, and threat mitigation.
• Experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), access controls, and data protection standards.
• Hands-on experience managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including network configuration, servers, and endpoint security.
• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient IT systems and architectures.
• Strong technical expertise in operating systems, with the ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.
