A company is looking for a Help Desk Manager to oversee technical support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate Help Desk Technicians in assisting users with technical issues
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve information systems problems to minimize downtime
Develop procedures for problem resolution and coordinate with technical personnel and users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
Five (5) years of experience in a similar role
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Active Security clearance required
