A company is looking for a Supervising Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage attorneys and employees of the Alabama Division, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines

Oversee the development, forecasting, and management of the department's annual P&L

Direct legal and operational oversight for judicial foreclosure processes in Alabama

Required Qualifications

Active license to practice in Mississippi

8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, evictions, and / or REO

Postgraduate degree required

Experience managing legal teams and operations
