A company is looking for a Research & Program Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Research, review, and annotate laws related to employee and student health and safety

Break down laws and safety best practices into actionable steps for software integration

Create program summaries based on safety best practices and legal requirements for client-facing departments

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's Degree (experience may substitute for degree under certain circumstances)

Two to three years of related experience

In-depth knowledge of the legislative process and research principles

Ability to understand and utilize software systems for program development

Experience in reading and interpreting legal documents and regulations
