About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Taxation to lead our Finance team. In this crucial role, you will oversee tax planning and compliance strategies aimed at increasing profitability and ensuring long-term sustainability. You will manage tax reviews, develop tax-saving strategies, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws.

The ideal candidate will possess a CPA designation and have at least 7 years of experience in a tax manager or public accountant role, with a strong emphasis on tax review, compliance, and research—especially regarding Gift, Trusts & Estates, and High-Net Worth Individual tax returns.

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills, and will excel in working independently. A proven track record in tax planning and compliance is essential.

Proficiency in tax preparation software and reporting tools is required, as well as a comprehensive understanding of tax code and compliance procedures for corporations, alongside familiarity with U.S. federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
