We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on large-scale, ground-up commercial construction projects in the Chicago area. Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction to project closeout
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants
• Maintain control of budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Communicate effectively with ownership, clients, and field teams
