About The Position

License : Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Certifications : AMSR, BLS (AHA), CPI

Must-Have :

• Must be able to pass a background check and license checks with no findings.
• AMSR and CPI certifications required upon profile upload.
• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients is required.
• Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment are required.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this position.

Description :

Traveler candidate must be able to perform crisis evaluations in the emergency department.

The role requires working independently.

Candidate must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide vaccination card or intent to fill out an exemption form upon profile submission.

Personal address must be included in the profile.

All requested time off must be documented and verified during the application process.

No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

Traveler will be required to wear a mask at all times while on site if approved for medical exemption.

Candidates must submit a skills checklist, current within the last year.

One signed supervisory reference from within the past two years is mandatory.

Relevant licenses and certifications must be uploaded with the profile.
