RN Pediatric Cardiac ICU Exciting Career Opportunity in Las Vegas, NV!
- Salary : Starting at $45.35-$64.37 per hour, based on experience
- Night Shift Differential : $2.10 per hour
- Weekend Shift Differential : $1.50 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Paid in two installments : $5,000 at hire and $5,000 after 2 years)

- Schedule : Full-Time, Mixed Shifts with Rotating Weekends (3-12hr Shifts)
- Nurse to Patient Ratio : 1 : 1 - 1 : 2, ensuring dedicated patient care

Your Role : Duties
Provide specialized care in our 34-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU
Focus on patient-centered care for critically ill children with cardiac conditions
- Utilize your critical care expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Join an innovative team committed to improving patient outcomes
We Value :
- Education : Graduate from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred (ASN grads should be enrolled in a BSN program)
- Experience : Minimum of 1+ years in acute care hospital critical care; Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience is a plus
- Licensure / Certifications : Current Nevada RN license, BCLS / BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC within 1 year of hire
