Job Description :

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Elite Sports Clubs- Brookfield, you'll lead dynamic and engaging Pilates classes using reformer equipment. You'll empower participants to enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through targeted exercises and movements. With access to state-of-the-art facilities, you'll create a supportive environment where participants can thrive and achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Reformer Pilates classes, and one-on-ones, for participants of all fitness levels.
• Design routines focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Provide modifications and adjustments as needed to accommodate individual needs.
• Motivate and encourage participants to challenge themselves and reach their goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
