Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and compliant answers to Sales, Underwriting, and Operations staff regarding loan scenarios and guidelines
Maintain communication with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Processors, assisting with underwriting questions and clarifications
Research information within AllRegs and agency guidelines, and maintain the Self-Employed Income Dashboard
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and HFA guidelines
Non-QM experience preferred
Complete knowledge of the mortgage industry and relevant agency guidelines
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Encompass Loan Origination system is preferred
