MSP Delivery Specialist – Pinnacle Group

Hybrid (3 days a week onsite in Centennial, CO)

Daily responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

• Effectively communicate with a variety of professionals at all levels of the organization
• Work with Managers to help identify skill sets needed along with providing a qualified candidate pool
• Conduct intake sessions and supplier calls
• Interview scheduling
• Manage vendor protocol that aligns with program policies
• Attend weekly meetings with team and other stakeholders
• Full life cycle management of requests
• Develop reporting that meets the needs of the business group
• Support onboarding & offboarding
• Provide weekly updates for new hires
• Maintain daily / weekly req report (open contract positions)
• Work with MS office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel
• Support future business unit roll-outs
• Coordinating first day orientation for contractor hires with several different groups, including IT, Facilities, and Security
• Conduct supplier reviews (scorecards)
• Assisting with Quarterly Business Reviews
• Assist with training managers, suppliers, contractors (on systems, processes, etc.) in formal settings, online or 1 : 1
