About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Lead / Architect to design, implement, scale, secure and manage resilient infrastructure solutions. This role is critical in shaping the strategic direction of our IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leading modernization initiatives across cloud, network, data center, end‑user compute, workplace productivity and AI environments.

What you will do

Architecture & Strategy

• Design and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure architecture.
• Define infrastructure standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional infrastructure teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational needs.
• Act as a technical advisor to senior leadership.

Preferred Certifications

The base salary range for this position for Bay Area candidates is $130,000 to $190,000. The base salary range for this position for Texas candidates is $110,000 to $167,000. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
